The island has several beaches, ideal for walks, a swim or in the case of beautiful Scalpsie Bay, seal watching too. Plenty of walking or cycle trails, bikes can also be hired in town or have a go at paddle boarding in Kilchattan Bay. There are three golf courses on the island. As well as sea fishing, you can also fish for trout at Loch Fad. The island is ideal for sea kayaking, and you can also head up the beautiful Kyles of Bute for a stunning day out. 

Visit the magnificent Mount Stuart House, truly one of Scotland's finest stately homes. Or....just relax and don't do anything at all.

Seaview Cottage Straad has private off street parking for up to two cars, and an electric vehicle charger is available. The fully enclosed garden is ideal for dogs.
