Off the sitting room is a sunroom where the amazing views out to sea and the mountains of Arran beyond are perfectly showcased. It is a wonderful place to catch up on a good book and doors lead to patio seating for outdoor eating or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Having a downstairs double bedroom and shower room is great for those with mobility challenges and the utility room is a useful addition to any holiday home.
The other delightful bedrooms, one double and a twin, are upstairs where the elevated position make the stunning views of the water and boats bobbing in the distance the star of the show. It really is a blissful way to be greeted when waking up in the mornings.
Park right by the door and once the gate is shut the mature garden is fully enclosed so children and pets can make the absolute most of it. The huge lawn lets them properly stretch their legs and the outside tap is ideal for cleaning up after running around. A pleasant walk leads down to picturesque St Ninian’s Bay where lots of birdlife can be spotted including sea eagles that are a truly awesome sight.

"We came here for a week at the end of January 2023 for out 30th wedding anniversary. Oh my god, the house, the views, the general ambiance is just fantastic. The accommodation is rated 5 stars in both Scottish tourist board and the A.A. In our opinion the house is way, way above those ratings. We told a local where we were staying and he replied " that is the best rental house on the island" Everything about the house is top of the range and that includes the views. We spent hours just sat in the conservatory looking through the supplied binoculars. I even managed to sit outside in the warm sunshine on a few days. Our two small dogs loved it, especially their personalised gifts that were left for them and we much appreciated our welcome pack. Absolutely stunning. "
