Sunroom/ dining room Sun Room
Adjacent to the sitting room is the sunroom, which has an oak dining table. The room also features a beautiful glass panel, handmade by Gail from Half-A-Moon in Inverness. Overlooking the garden, there is a comfortable sofa which is a perfect spot to sit and read, or use the binoculars proivided to do some bird watching. However, it will be difficult to draw your eyes away from the spectacular views across the bay to Inchmarnock and Arran beyond. You can also access the garden and patio.

Kitchen - a bright and airy space for cooking up any holiday meals Kitchen
The newly fitted kitchen is well appointed with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich toaster and all the usual kitchen cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery. A couple of plates and cups suitable for young children.
* Please note due to the septic tank we ask guests to be mindful and avoid putting oils down the sink.

Utility Room/Boot Room - a great functional space, ideal for getting out of walking boots and jackets, and drying off four legged companions Laundry/Boot Room
The laundry/boot room is complete with washing machine, dryer and ceiling pulley. A handy space for getting out of muddy walking boots and wet jackets. There are also a few walking sticks and umbrellas available as well as a thermos flask.

The shower room is located on the ground floor and is easily accessed from the master bedroom. It has a shower, toilet and basin with a heated towel rail.
* A folding shower stool is available on request, suitable for elderly or infirm.

Seaview Cottage - the cottage has private parking for up to two cars Garden
Off street parking. Electric Vehicle Charger available. Bike storage for 2 - 3 medium bikes.
There is a large enclosed garden with plenty of room for children to let off steam. A note to those with small children (particularly adventurous ones), there is a small burn (stream) adjacent to the garden on the other side of the hedge. Garden seating and outdoor games available (boules and croquet). You may hear, or even see the neighbours, Harold, Jethro and Jake, the donkeys, as well as the odd chicken or two.
