There is a utility/boot room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and is ideal for changing out of muddy boots after a day outdoors. A hosepipe and dog towels are also provided for muddy paws.
There is a shower room on the ground floor, with easy access from the master bedroom. A bathroom with bath/shower is located upstairs and is shared by both bedrooms.
The cosy sitting room has a log burner, perfect for winter evenings, a TV, Netflix is provided, and a portable speaker to enjoy your own music.
The adjoining sunroom has a dining table that seats 6, this is a lovely room to enjoy family meals or romantic dinners. There is also a comfortable couch, allowing you to sit back and take in the stunning views.
The sunroom leads out into the patio and the garden. Patio furniture is provided so you can enjoy alfresco meals, or a just sit with a morning coffee and listen to the shore birds as they start their day.
